The M2 A/X program are a series of intensive circuit training workouts along with   functional/sports specific movements that ensure you to produce rapid results and focus on eliminating fat, reducing weight, improve lean mass, balance, energy, focus, coordination, strength, endurance, and flexibility.  These workouts are designed for you in a semi-private setting for added concentration.  


M2 A/X+URBAN CARDIO/CORE CONDITIONING After  bodywork, take it to the streets in this outdoor walk, jog or interval run  workout, shed pounds and tone muscles as you power through the city. (*1-4 level of intensity based on Beats per minute 120-180bpm)  


NAKED COMMANDO weekend warriors “BOOTCAMP”, A high-intensity, total body conditioning workout that will develop your strength, stamina, flexibility and core! This class will give you a complete hardcore fat burning workout in 50 minutes. And of course, you will participate at a level in line with your current level of fitness.


SUPER CARDIO kick-it up a notch with this mega calorie burner! Improve overall conditioning, speed and stamina without the harsh impact of distance running (variety of speed drills-Multi terrain…sand, grass, stairs, and hill).


ELITE intense athletic workout that integrates body weight, strength/cardio conditioning along w/ H.I.T. movements and a variety of plyometric drills. Quick way to get your body lean! Not for the novice.
